1. Hi, Chris. There is no a better way than hunting jobs thru referral. According to ere.net, a national recruiter network, employee referral program is the most efficient way. There are some tools that you can find the referrers, e.g. LinkedIn. However, personaly, I recommend you use jobirn.com for u can contact the employees immediately(they are using IM sign up).
